In our offer we have several properties, where the financial settlement differs from the usual way of buying with a mortgage. With the usual method, you pay the purchase price of the property + 13% charges. A mortgage is possible up to 70% of the purchase price (excluding charges). The opening cost for the mortgage amounts to approximately 2% of the amount to be financed. Your own financial contribution in this case is approximately 45% of the total price. With the houses shown below, a special arrangement allows you to reduce your own contribution to a fixed amount of € 16.000 plus 15% of the purchase price.
