ALBERGUE TAULL HOSTEL
The hostel was finished a year ago and opened to the public. The hostel has seven rooms, with 23 beds total. The hostel itself is 140 m2. The hostel was designed with a Scandinavian style interior with wooden walls and ceilings. The floors are polished cement, each room having it’s own color. Each room has a spacious full bathroom with sleek under-the-sink cabinets, slated walls and polished towel hangers. The hostel is equipped with under-floor heating and powered by the latest technology in renewable energy using air termica.
THE ATTACHED HOUSE
The house and hostel were finished at the same time and the house has the same Scandinavian design that is portrayed throughout the hostel. The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and is 80 m2. The master bedroom has an in-suite bathroom. It is equipped with a large American kitchen with mosaic handmade tile backsplash and stainless steel countertops. The living room has large bay windows throughout with a custom-built couch and wood-burning fireplace. Also, attached to the front terrace is a 40m long flower garden.
This restaurant is located in the center of town less than 50m from the Saint Clemente church, the most famous 11th century Romanesque church in the valley which draws in over 100,000 visitors a year. The restaurant was newly renovated and opened in 2005 using local field stone and constructed using the traditional interior and exterior flat-stone building method. The inside of the restaurant can seat about 40 people and the outside two terraces can seat another 35 people. Sedona is designed with hardwood floors and wooden beamed ceilings. The idea behind this restaurant is a Cafe Bistro. We serve coffee, tea, tapas, drinks, lunchs and dinners.
This restaurant is located at the Boí Taüll Resort in Pla de l'Eermita located 1km from the hostel and 5km from the ski slopes. This restaurant was also newly renovated and opened in 2007. This restaurant was designed with wooden beams from a 500 year old house in Taüll. Barocco has two floors, the dining room downstairs and the upstairs works as a wine bar. The outside terrace seats 40 people and inside seats 40 people. This restaurant is a more seasonal type of restaurant and is only open 6 months of the year, July through August and December to mid April.
